What You’ll Do
In the role of Strategic Account Executive, you will:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives
- Generate and grow new license revenue in assigned accounts and territory
- Manage and nurture existing relationships
- Utilize solution-selling and ROI-driven methodologies
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Oversee proof of concepts with engineering and analytics teams
- Forecast and report sales activities using Salesforce

You are self-driven, a resilient communicator with a goal-setting mindset. You are resourceful, accountable, adaptable, and possess an exceptional ability to influence executive levels and close complex deals.
Your Skill-Set
- 8+ years of strategic sales experience
- Proven track record in closing high-value license deals
- Exceptional account management and relationship building abilities
- Skilled in solution presentation and product demonstrations
- Strong analytical skills for constructing financial business cases

Onboarding Milestones
- Within 30 Days: Complete onboarding, review account list, and understand key value propositions.
- Within 60 Days: Understand key contact center processes and generate qualified leads.
- Within 90 Days: Develop sales forecasts, build business plans, and identify new pipelines.
