What You’ll Do

As a Production Support Engineer at Pindrop, you will:

  • Serve as the first point of customer support.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communicate resolutions via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Collaborate with engineering on best practices and product architecture.
  • Participate in testing new product releases and updating the Incident Tracking Database.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base for customer self-help.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with clear communication.

You have excellent communication skills, persistence in the face of challenges, and a knack for innovative problem solving. You take accountability seriously, meeting deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities.

Your Skill-Set

  • Experience with UNIX and Linux systems
  • SQL proficiency
  • Basic network and systems understanding
  • Telephony experience (plus)
  • Cloud skills and use of platforms like Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with APIs/REST, Postman, or curl
  • Understanding of basic CS concepts including networking, databases, OS, and scripting

Additional Information

This position is posted for 60 days after 8/8/25. The US Base Pay Range is $70,000 USD - $100,000 USD, with final offers based on experience and skills.
