About the Role

As a Product Manager – Sales Technology, you will drive the vision to deliver data-enabled technology capabilities to our sales, marketing, and finance organizations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop roadmaps, and measure impact to ensure products deliver business value.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a multi-year technology roadmap that integrates technology, data, and operational processes. Maintain quarterly and annual roadmaps with a focus on efficiency and asset management experience.

Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, success, QA, and infrastructure teams. Prioritize features, create user stories, and define requirements to launch scalable and resilient product features.

Market and User Research: Stay updated on asset management and sales technology trends. Conduct research, gather, and analyze user feedback to drive product development.

Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key users and internal teams. Serve as the primary contact for executives and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the product vision.

Product Analytics and Platform Success: Use data-driven decisions and monitor KPIs to drive engagement, adoption, and user satisfaction. Collaborate on launch strategies, product training, and marketing materials.

Requirements

Candidates must have deep experience in asset management, SaaS platforms (such as Dynamics/Salesforce and PowerBI/Tableau), and a proven record in product management. A background in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience is required; an MBA or CFA is a plus. Strong consultative skills, UI/UX focus, and scrum experience are essential.
