PIMCO is a global leader in active fixed income with deep expertise across public and private markets. Since 1971, our inclusive culture has driven innovation and built trusted client relationships. We are seeking an Account Manager, Field Sales to join our U.S. Global Wealth Management team.
Role Summary
In this role, you will generate sales and cultivate relationships within a defined North Texas territory. You will manage full client relationships and drive sales across intermediary channels including wirehouses, independent advisors, banks, regional broker-dealers, and RIAs.
Responsibilities
- Maximize territory performance and meet sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager to execute a strategic territory business plan.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of PIMCO products and market strategies.
- Create optimized travel schedules to meet client activity goals.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with financial advisors and key regional COIs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and PIMCO policies.
- Represent PIMCO at conferences, training events, and seminars.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced designations (CIMA, CAIA, CFA, MBA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in the North Texas market.
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
- Proven track record in territory management and sales quota achievement.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of investment trends and advisor best practices.
