Role Summary

The Account Manager, Field Sales (Arkansas/Oklahoma) will generate sales, cultivate relationships, and manage client relationships within PIMCO's U.S. Global Wealth Management team. This role focuses on developing a strategic territory business plan and driving sales across financial advisor channels.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize territory performance to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of PIMCO’s products and services.
  • Optimize travel schedule to achieve activity metrics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with financial advisors and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver client solutions.
  • Represent PIMCO at conferences and training events.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (advanced designations such as CIMA, CAIA, CFA, or MBA are a plus), a minimum of five years of field sales experience in the Arkansas and Oklahoma markets, FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, and a proven track record in territory management. Strong consultative sales skills, exceptional relationship building, and advanced financial services knowledge are required.
