Job Description

The Network and Communication Engineer will design, implement, and maintain comprehensive network infrastructure solutions to meet current and future business requirements. This role involves configuring and managing networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls, alongside detailed documentation and topology diagrams.

• Monitor network performance and optimize resources.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve network problems.
• Implement network security protocols and access controls.
• Support projects from planning through implementation.
• Maintain configuration records and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in network administration and engineering is required. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred. Proficiency in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, and familiarity with network hardware from vendors like Cisco and Palo Alto is essential. Candidates should have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
