Core Daily Responsibilities
- Represent the State of Washington in criminal proceedings at Superior, Juvenile, and/or Appellate Court levels.
- Manage a substantial caseload.
- Prepare briefs for litigation, pre-trial, trial, and appeals.
- Prepare witnesses and develop trial strategy.
- Advise detectives during investigations to ensure legal accountability for offenders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be admitted as an attorney in the State of Washington and be a U.S. Citizen.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Additional education or experience may substitute for recruiting requirements.

- Must authorize and complete a background check as a condition of employment.
