Role Overview

The Manager, Integrations Engineering is responsible for leading the Integrations discipline within Pie's Technology organization. This role owns integrations related to CRM platforms, financial systems, commercial insurance products, and bespoke applications. You will drive the implementation of an iPaaS platform (Workato) and maintain integrations across various platforms.

How You’ll Do It

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to gather integration requirements.
  • Work with Software Engineering on transitioning custom integrations to IPaaS.
  • Draft technical designs, testing plans, and monitoring strategies.
  • Design enterprise platform strategy for integration engineers.

Collaborate

  • Develop and maintain a CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce.
  • Establish standards and processes for integration projects.
  • Champion an Agile mindset and iterative project approaches.
  • Drive strategic initiatives within Product and Technology roadmaps.

Lead

  • Provide direction and design the roadmap for integration implementations.
  • Focus on team career development and performance management.
  • Participate as a key member of the technology leadership team.
  • Leverage metrics to identify technology and team improvements.
  • Identify integration-related business gaps and implement scalable solutions.

The Right Stuff

  • 5+ years of software integration experience.
  • 3+ years with IPaaS solutions.
  • 2+ years experience in software development technologies.
  • 2+ years people leadership experience.
  • Agile experience with Scrum and iterative improvement focus.
  • Experience with enterprise applications like Salesforce, Intacct, Netsuite, Workday, and ServiceNow.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Compensation Range: $140,000—$175,000 USD. Additional benefits include competitive cash compensation, equity, comprehensive health plans, generous PTO, 401k match, and parental/caregiver leave.
