Your Role

As a Finance & MANCO Oversight Officer at Pictet Group, you will be responsible for a broad range of finance and management company oversight duties to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee fund operations including NAV calculation and validation.
• Review financial statements; coordinate audit processes.
• Prepare and submit management and regulatory reports.
• Act as liaison with service providers, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements through automation initiatives and group-wide projects.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 1–3 years of experience in fund operations or fund administration. A robust understanding of SFC-authorized funds and experience with MRF and QDLP schemes are highly advantageous. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite along with tools like Macro, VBA, Co-pilot, and Alteryx are essential. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are also required.
