What awaits you

• Process Control: Work closely with our location management to lead and guide our daily operations to success.
• Process Optimization: Focus on developing and implementing your own strategic projects to continuously improve our logistics within the entire fulfillment network.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coach one of our teams in the FC (e.g., supervisors, team leaders) and support them in their individual development.
• Shift Management: Take on shift leadership once a week with 100+ employees to stay close to our operations.

What you bring

• A successfully completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in operational project management in logistics.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
• As a team player, you know how to motivate and hold a team together.
• You have a knack for quickly grasping numerical information and identifying problems before they arise.
• You can translate your ideas into successful projects with your hands-on mentality and lead by example.
