About the role

Marketing & Growth Project Manager - Meals

At Picnic, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As the Meals Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind one of our key growth levers: recipes. With a catalog of over 1000 recipes and a unique meal planner, our ambition is clear – to become a lasting part of French daily life and culinary habits.

To achieve this, you will collaborate with recipe developers, analysts, and creatives to make our recipe feature shine across all channels: in-app, paid social, newsletters, and many more. Your mission: transform every interaction into an invitation to cook with Picnic.

Your Missions

  • Plan and execute 360° campaigns: Design and manage ambitious cross-channel campaigns from start to finish – like our Christmas campaign – to deliver consistent, creative, and engaging customer experiences.
  • Manage daily communications: Create, schedule, and optimize the sending of newsletters, push notifications, and other regular communications to inform our customers, nurture their culinary inspiration, and drive app traffic.
  • Showcase our features and assortment: Creatively highlight the strengths of the Picnic app and our product offering to inspire and guide customers at every step of their journey.
  • Drive performance through data: Design and conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and translate insights into concrete actions to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Contribute to business growth: Identify and implement targeted, independent actions to generate additional demand and achieve our weekly objectives.
  • Collaborate with Picnic teams: Work closely with the international Meals team and local recipe creators, as well as with analysts and creatives, to co-build high-impact campaigns.

About You

  • You hold a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
  • You have an excellent eye for detail and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and remain calm under tight deadlines.
  • You combine creativity with an analytical mindset, naturally translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • You are fluent in both French and English (minimum C1 level for both).
  • You are comfortable with Excel and can make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with CRM tools (such as Selligent or Braze) is a plus.
