• Own the entire hiring process from outreach to offer.

• Create creative sourcing strategies and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Launch new initiatives like traineeships and business courses.
• Ensure an engaging candidate experience from first contact to final offer.
• Use data to track hiring effectiveness and adapt strategies.

Your Superpowers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology, Business, HR or related field.
• 0 - 4 years recruitment experience in dynamic environments.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Dutch, German, French) are a plus.
• Hands-on, get-it-done attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new roles and shifting priorities.
