About the role
Growth & Activation Manager
At Picnic, every feature, campaign, and update is designed with our customers in mind. As a Growth & Activation Manager, you will be at the heart of our customer marketing and weekly activations.
Your goal? To embody our strategic pillars through concrete campaigns that convert. By blending sales data, visual creativity, and customer insights, you will conceive and implement impactful activation campaigns. To achieve this, you will collaborate with Design, Copywriting, Marketing, Range, and Tech teams in France and internationally, to ensure your initiatives shine across all our channels: App, social media, CRM, and more.
Are you drawn to commerce, the food industry, and environments where concrete and responsible decisions are made? If you want a role with autonomy and real impact, this opportunity is for you!
Your Missions
You don't just execute; you create. You will manage the complete lifecycle of your campaigns.
- Campaign Creation and Planning: You will be responsible for one or two specific strategic pillars. You will integrate market dynamics, business priorities, and Picnic's brand identity to conceptualize and plan campaigns that activate our customers and boost sales.
- Strategy & Collaboration: You will conceptualize your own campaigns. For major 360° campaigns, you will be the local expert who brilliantly adapts and deploys the global strategy. In collaboration with your team, you will learn to drive increasingly complex and autonomous strategies.
- Understanding Customers and Brand: You will understand customer needs and the market (including through customer interviews) to define concepts that serve customers while achieving our short- and long-term strategic objectives.
- App Experience: You will build campaigns within the Picnic app. You will select the product assortment to highlight, brief creative teams on photoshoots and copy, and then bring your concepts to life through pop-up stores and dedicated customer journeys within the app.
- 360° Activation: You will orchestrate the dissemination of your message across all customer touchpoints. You will create and manage the sending of newsletters, push notifications, and other communications to drive traffic.
- Measurable Impact: Your successes will be measured by both brand resonance and figures (visits, conversion, sales, margins, etc.). You will conduct A/B tests and optimize the application based on results.
About You
