As a Business Analyst at Picnic, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges with fresh, groundbreaking, and lasting solutions. This role is all about driving impact: you’ll analyze data, identify opportunities, develop strategies that push boundaries, and redefine the grocery shopping experience for millions of customers. Your Superpowers
- Strong quantitative foundation: Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable quantitative field.
- Proven impact in dynamic environments: 0-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, start-up, or scale-up. First touchpoints with business consulting are a big plus!
- Problem-solver at heart: Thrive on complex, real-world challenges and excel at breaking big, ambiguous problems into smart, actionable solutions.
- Clear and confident communicator: Strong communication skills in English to convert abstract plans into structural solutions for stakeholders.
- Go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset: Cut through ambiguity, take initiative, and turn ideas into action, driving projects to delivery or building ventures.
- Analytical mindset: Strong grasp of math, logic, and quantitative reasoning, bringing a data-driven approach. Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
Please Note: This is not a one-time hire. We’re hiring for this role throughout the year as part of our ongoing growth and expansion. Additionally, an EU citizenship or valid visa to work in the EU is required for this position.
