Specification Engineer Business Development – Construction Industry
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented professional from a civil engineering background to drive business growth through strong networking with architects, consultants, and stakeholders in the construction industry. The role focuses on specification, relationship management, and converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with architects, builders, industrial officials, and real estate professionals to explore business opportunities.
- Drive product and service specifications into BOQs for successful sales conversion.
