Overview

Phreesia is looking for a Deal Desk Senior Analyst to support our fast-growing Sales Operations team. In this role, you will drive success by supporting the structuring, review, and management of commercial agreements with media agencies and pharmaceutical companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Reflect commercial terms into MSA, SOW, Insertion Order Addendum, and Amendment templates.
  • Review client proposals and contracts to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
  • Triage approvals by working with cross-functional reviewers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date document template and clause library.
  • Drive best practices to enhance deal velocity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Deal Desk leader on contract negotiations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in deal structuring, pricing, and contracting.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing customer agreements.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and quoting tools (Salesforce.com and CPQ preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
