About the Client Experience Manager Role
Are you a digital media enthusiast who excels at building rapport and trust with clients? Phreesia is seeking a Client Experience Manager with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join our Network Solutions team. In this client-facing role, you will work with digital advertising agency buyers and Life Science companies to demonstrate the value Phreesia provides by advertising on our platform.
This role is ideal if you are from a pharmaceutical agency/media background looking to grow your career in new directions.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business with media/advertising agencies and Life Science companies.
- Foster healthy relationships with customers through presentations and strategic communication.
- Manage client relationships and follow industry trends and product news.
- Prepare and deliver advertising and campaign capability presentations to increase opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans and complete RFP templates for advertising opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams and mentor junior members to drive strategic initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of media agency experience in relevant fields.
- Familiarity with digital media vernacular and campaign insight strategies.
- Expertise in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Enthusiasm for connecting with clients in various settings, primarily in the NYC area.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay for US is $135,000 - $145,000, based on qualifications. Equity and a comprehensive Total Rewards package are also offered, including:
