Job Description

Executive Assistant at Phreesia Network Solutions

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide shared, high-impact support to the SVP of Client Experience, VP of Market Development, and Senior Director of Revenue Operations.

This role acts as a partner for senior leaders by streamlining day-to-day execution, optimizing time and focus, and ensuring operational follow-through across a complex, revenue-driving organization. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars and meetings, support expenses and Workday processes, prioritize inboxes and tasks, prepare leaders for meetings, attend key forums, and drive follow-up and coordination across internal stakeholders.

This is not a traditional administrative role. The Executive Assistant will operate as a trusted business partner, enabling senior leaders to focus on revenue growth, client strategy, and organizational leadership.

Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.

What You'll Do

Executive Support & Leadership Alignment
  • Provide proactive, high-level support to 3 Senior Leaders in our Network Solutions Team.
  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple leaders, ensuring thoughtful prioritization, efficient scheduling, and minimal friction.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for time and attention by triaging requests, prioritizing inboxes, and flagging critical issues requiring executive focus.
  • Prepare leaders for internal and external meetings, including client engagements, leadership forums, operating reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Attend select meetings to capture notes, decisions, and action items, ensuring clear follow-up and accountability.

Meeting Management & Execution Excellence
  • Own end-to-end meeting logistics: agendas, pre-reads, materials, attendee coordination, and post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Plan, execute and at times attend in-person meetings including leadership offsites, team offsites, QBRs, and Advisory Board meetings.
  • Ensure action items and decisions are documented, tracked, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support recurring operating cadences across Client Experience, Market Development, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Drive consistency and discipline in meeting preparation and execution across leaders.

Operational & Administrative Support
  • Manage expense reporting, travel coordination, and Workday-related tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support internal processes such as onboarding coordination, compliance-related documentation, and ad hoc operational needs.
  • Maintain organized systems for documentation, files, and communications to support efficient retrieval and continuity.
  • Serve as a connective hub across Client Experience, Market Development, Revenue Operations, and broader internal partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders, tracking timelines, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Partner closely with other Executive Assistants and operations roles to ensure seamless leadership support.

Professional Representation & Discretion
  • Represent senior leaders with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in all interactions.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and trust.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
  • Foster a positive, engaging team culture by bringing creativity, energy, and a sense of fun to day-to-day interactions—while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders (SVP, VP, Senior Director, or equivalent), ideally in a high-growth, client-facing or revenue-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success supporting multiple executives simultaneously with competing priorities.
  • Strong experience with calendar management, meeting coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive execution.
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion when managing confidential or sensitive information.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and process-minded approach with a bias toward clarity, organization, and execution.
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving instincts, able to independently figure things out, take initiative and navigate ambiguity.
