Creative Producer

Role Overview

As a Creative Producer, you will oversee and coordinate the efficient execution of design initiatives across a large-scale program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers to ensure timely and quality creative asset delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end design delivery, manage detailed timelines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with designers, creative directors, developers, and marketing teams to provide status updates and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Design Program Coordination: Track overall progress, manage resource allocation, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Quality Control & Process Improvement: Review deliverables for quality, suggest process improvements, and maintain documentation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact to inform stakeholders of status updates, feedback and scope changes.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creative production or design project management.
• Proven track record with large-scale design programs and multiple projects.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Additional Information

This role is available for independent contractors and includes benefits such as medical, vision, dental, 401k, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays for full-time employees. Compensation ranges from USD 52,000 to USD 182,000 based on experience.
