The Opportunity
As Product Manager Mobile, you own a strategically important area of the Phorest platform – the Phorest Go mobile app. You are responsible for driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth by setting strategy, defining success metrics, and leading cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Ownership & Accountability: Own the Phorest Go strategy, roadmap, and success measurement.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineers and designers, coordinate with Product Ops and Marketing, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
- Customer & Commercial Impact: Leverage data and insights to improve salon customer outcomes and business results.
- Product Craft & Communication: Maintain a clear roadmap, write detailed user stories, and ensure documentation accessibility.
- Habits & Discipline: Use data throughout the product lifecycle, iterate based on metrics, and keep stakeholders informed.
Success Measures
Key performance will be measured through an updated roadmap, effective backlog management, improvement in adoption and engagement rates, and positive stakeholder feedback.
What do you need?
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, agile methodology, and mobile app expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven decision making with a focus on adoption, engagement, and monetisation metrics.
- Experience in bridging cross-functional teams and navigating ambiguity.
- Bonus if you have experience within the hair and beauty, consumer, or mobile products sectors.
