Role Overview - Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at PhonePe, you will be a first-principle problem solver passionate about working with data. Your role involves defining critical metrics, monitoring performance trends, collaborating with business and product teams, and crafting data-driven insights that influence decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to translate problems into analytical statements.
  • Conduct deep analysis and generate actionable insights.
  • Design and build dashboards as an analytics and visualization SME.

Required Qualifications

  • 0.5 to 3 years of relevant analytics experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries and handle big data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Familiarity with data-analysis languages such as R and Python.
  • Experience in building ML models is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining data insights.
