Work Arrangement

This is a remote role. Candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Southern California to remain connected with Philz Coffee stores and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Analytics & Financial Modeling: Design and generate actionable analytics, reporting, and financial models.
• Develop & Influence: Build relationships with key stakeholders, drive reporting standards and present insights.
• Budget & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, forecast financial performance and conduct ad hoc analyses.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science or Statistics.
• 4+ years relevant experience in high growth, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Looker, Domo, or Tableau.

Essential Physical Requirements

Includes visual acuity, clear verbal communication, and the ability to perform repetitive motions and minor physical actions.

Compensation & Benefits
