Role Overview
The Project Manager Integrated Systems role (70% project management and 30% account management) involves managing key national accounts and being the primary point of contact for clients. This includes handling proposals, coordinating project phases, and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial proposal to post-installation training.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with national accounts.
- Create and manage client proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Provide regular updates to client stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end project management for national projects.
- Assist with hardware installations and service deployments.
- Conduct client training post-installation.
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of project management experience on multi-site projects.
- Experience in construction, low-voltage cabling, security, and VoIP deployments.
- Proven proposal management and lifecycle oversight capability.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and design software.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- PMP certification and leadership experience are a plus.
- BA/BSc degree in business engineering or related field preferred.

Additional Information
This role requires you to be within commuting distance of Philadelphia and be willing to work onsite when needed. Depending on experience and merit, the role can evolve to remote or hybrid arrangements.
