Trade Compliance Intern at Philips
Philips is looking for a driven Trade Compliance Intern to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a critical area of global operations, ensuring adherence to international trade laws and regulations.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Trade Compliance Intern, you will be involved in a variety of customs-related activities:
- Prepare and execute declaration/correction procedures in accordance with customs legislations and requirements.
- Generate statistical customs and VAT reports.
- Provide helpdesk support for internal customer inquiries.
- Execute and update Customs table management.
- Identify potential issues and escalate problems as necessary.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, having completed at least two years of study.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level proficiency). German language skills are a plus.
- Available to work 30-40 hours per week, with willingness to work on weekends.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
