Graduate Development Trainee - Marketing
Your Role
This role involves rotating through different departments or functions within Philips to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities. You will develop an understanding of the business operations, products, and services, working under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in orientation and onboarding activities to immerse yourself in the organization's culture, policies, and procedures, understanding its mission and values.
- Learn and develop new technical or functional skills, industry knowledge, and professional competencies through workshops, training sessions, and professional development courses.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and seek advanced learning opportunities to address knowledge gaps.
- Support program or project management across business, region, and functions by coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle (planning, scoping, execution, monitoring, closure).
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct a thorough assessment of project/role expectations, aligning individual ambitions with organizational priorities and setting measurable milestones after communicating with managers/mentors.
- Seek and provide regular feedback to enhance personal and project team performance.
- Conduct research by gathering and synthesizing data from multiple sources, analyzing data to identify key issues and trends.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to summarize findings and provide actionable insights.
- Present ideas, suggestions, and perspectives on ongoing projects and initiatives, leveraging your unique perspective as a recent graduate.
- Utilize analytical skills and tools to efficiently address and resolve low or medium complexity requests.
- Identify areas for process improvement by assessing current workflows, performance metrics, and operational efficiencies.
- Support the development of new sub-processes and improvement of existing ones, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
