Clinical Application Specialist, DMS
Drive the successful adoption of advanced clinical applications by partnering with healthcare teams to tailor, optimize, and integrate solutions that enhance workflows, ensure compliance, and ultimately elevate patient care.Your Role
- Develops advanced training modules and educational materials that enhance clinical proficiency and user satisfaction, supporting effective onboarding and continuous professional development.
- Communicates effectively and persuasively with clinical end-users, delivering impactful training sessions, technical support, and educational resources that promote proficient use of Philips' products and services.
- Documents meticulously and provides detailed reporting on application implementations, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support seamless project management and regulatory compliance.
You're The Right Fit If
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 1 year of experience with Master's in areas such as Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
- Minimum 50% travel.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $70000-180000 annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
