Monthly Basic Salary: Php 49,749.00

Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree

Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience

Training: 8 hours of relevant training

Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility

Job Summary

The Human Resource Management Officer III is responsible for prompt and accurate processing and recording of regular and special payroll transactions, handling last pay and benefits processing for separated employees, processing remittance of mandatory premiums/loan deductions to various government agencies, and managing payroll deductions remittance to Provident Fund, PECC, Officers Club, and PHILDICEO. The role also involves generating timely and accurate financial reports and ensuring compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
