Overview

Philip Morris International is seeking a Manager Business Planning to join PML (Philip Morris LTD) in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will be at the center of strategic planning and development, connecting local, regional, and global priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning Support: Guide strategy cycles by defining key socio-economic, consumer, industry, taxation, pricing, profitability, and volume trends.
  • Pricing Strategy: Define competitive pricing, track market dynamics, and support pricing decisions.
  • Volume Forecasting & Market Analysis: Deliver forecasts, analyze market performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Executive Presentations & Reporting: Design business updates and deliver executive presentations for multiple stakeholders.
  • Business Intelligence & Advisory: Build an executive factbook and market-intelligence database and offer strategic recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a strong advisory team in partnership with People & Culture.

Skills & Experience

Required experience of a minimum 5 years in Finance, Planning or Commercial roles. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Candidates must be fluent in English and Hebrew. MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
