TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (1 year) Work location: Philip Morris Korea, 67, Sanmakgongdannam 12-gil, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

As an IT Analyst Operations Platform, you will:

• Understand the business requirements; perform analysis and translation of business requirements to technical specifications; provide solutions design, build and deploy IS solutions and services; provide maintenance and support.
• Collect business requirements for changes in processes and technical areas.
• Analyze and define information and technical needs.
• Formalize scope and deliverables for technical process and changes.
• Execute the deployment and localization of the global IT system solutions.
• Execute Digital Pillar activities (Align with Operations zero loss journey and boot performance by digital capabilities).
• Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT system solutions.
• Coordination of tasks between the Business and Technical Support teams.
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.
• Ensure compliance with GxP (Good Practice, “x” strands for various fields) requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1~3 years of experience in Information Services and Information Technology.
• University degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Experience in multinational companies and/or in pharma industry and/or medical devices manufacturing especially with production planning and MES/LES (Manufacturing Execution System) Systems are preferred.
• Experience in Project Management is a plus.
• Experience in GMP and CSV (Computerized System Validation) area would be beneficial.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Korean Language.
