Required Experience & Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect role requires:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect or Data Engineer.
  • Team leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Developing end-to-end technical solutions ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python and/or Scala and SQL optimization.
  • Expertise with cloud data platforms: Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks, and GCP.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and detailed technical documentation skills.
  • A 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in modern data platforms and integration tools will excel, including:

  • Production experience in Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Hadoop, and Databricks.
  • Knowledge of cloud storage solutions like S3, ADLS, HDFS, GCS, and NoSQL systems.
  • Experience with data integration technologies such as Spark, Kafka, and various ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with automated data transformation tools like dbt and Spark streaming.
  • Exposure to workflow management and orchestration solutions like Airflow.
