Position Overview: Client Account Lead

As a Client Account Lead at phData, you will drive growth, profitability and executive relationships within a strategic portfolio of industry-focused accounts. You will help clients formulate and realize their AI & Data goals by combining phData’s technical expertise with your industry insight and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Account Strategy across strategic, industry-focused accounts.
  • Own revenue & profitability delivering $5–15M+ in annual bookings.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with CxOs and senior leaders.
  • Champion client outcomes with close program oversight.
  • Elevate phData's brand at industry events and through partner collaboration.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure account success.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
  • Proven track record in scaling strategic account portfolios.
  • Ability to build executive relationships and influence dual business & IT stakeholders.
  • Experience in matrixed organizations with cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
