Your Role as Social Lead
As a Social Lead, you will further develop the social-first approach and the paid social strategy for our clients, working closely with creative, content, and platform partners.
- Development and implementation of paid social strategies for platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
- Close collaboration with platform partners, as well as the client's creative and content teams to develop a POE strategy.
- Testing new formats, targetings, creatives, and platforms.
- Conducting competitive and trend analyses in social advertising.
- Management of a special team focused on planning and optimization.
- Co-responsibility for budget planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Creation of reports including the derivation of strategic recommendations.
- Evaluation of relevant data, tech, and platform solutions for the further development of the social-first strategy.
- Integration of creator content and further development of the creator strategy in a paid context.
About You
- You have completed a degree or training in marketing/communication or similar.
- You have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in paid social media, ideally on the agency or company side.
- Very good knowledge of common social advertising platforms and tools.
- Proficient use of tracking and analysis tools.
- Very good understanding of creator strategies and their integration into paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as affinity for numbers.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and openness to new platforms, formats & technologies.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to classify platform impact contributions in the cross-media mix.
- Ability to derive strategic recommendations and translate them into planning principles.
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
