Role Overview
The Senior Security Engineer - Corporate Security will own and scale Phantom's corporate infrastructure security. As the first dedicated corporate security hire, you will work closely with the Head of Security to build enterprise security capabilities from the ground up while protecting the distributed workforce and ensuring secure corporate systems.
What You Will Do
- Build & Secure Corporate Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage security for corporate endpoints using modern security stacks and zero-trust architecture principles.
- Drive Security Initiatives & Risk Reduction: Lead security initiatives including vulnerability assessments, risk reviews, and policy implementation.
- Detection, Response & Automation: Respond to incidents, automate workflows, and build monitoring systems in collaboration with detection teams.
- Security Culture & Education: Evangelize best practices through training, awareness programs, and cross-functional collaboration.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have: 5+ years in enterprise security with hands-on experience in MDM platforms, EDR/XDR solutions, Identity & Access Management, Modern Authentication protocols, Zero Trust Architecture, scripting/automation, cloud security, and macOS security. Proven ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively.
Nice-to-Have: Experience in crypto/web3, detection engineering, modern threat landscape insights, security compliance, and BYOD security models.

Benefits & Compensation
