Role: Junior Developer Support Specialist
In this role, you act as the first point of contact for developers integrating Phantom's SDKs and products. Your responsibilities include triage of issues, reproducing bugs, and unblocking integrations with clear, friendly support. You will also contribute training content and feedback to improve our AI support chatbot.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support via chat and email for SDKs and APIs.
- Triage issues and document clear repro steps, logs, and impact details.
- Diagnose root causes and suggest efficient solutions.
- Create and maintain internal and external developer documentation.
- Utilize Cursor/CoPilot, GitHub, browser devtools, and block explorers.
- Communicate professionally and warmly with developers.
- Monitor and escalate suspicious API or on-chain activity.
Qualifications
- Experience in JS/TS across platforms including web and mobile.
- Knowledge of Web3 fundamentals such as wallets, signing, and RPCs.
- Proficiency in frontend debugging using browser devtools.
- Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Comfort using tools like Cursor and Copilot.
