Responsibilities
As the Director of Brand Creative, you are the steward of Phantom’s visual identity and storytelling. You will define creative design strategies across campaigns, social, partnerships and more. Your role includes:
- Setting the creative vision and design standards.
- Managing and mentoring a team of brand and motion designers.
- Overseeing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
- Building and enforcing consistent brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, comms, and leadership.
- Leveraging insights and feedback to refine creative strategies.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates have 10+ years of design leadership experience, with a strong portfolio and background in consumer finance, fintech, crypto, or consumer tech. You should be a visionary creative thinker, an effective communicator, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
