Role Description
The Business Operations Associate partners with Product Managers to provide embedded business and economic decision support across key product surfaces. You will be responsible for accelerating the product roadmap by sharpening tradeoffs and enabling higher-quality decisions that maximize ROI. This role focuses on decision momentum rather than centralized research or dashboarding.
Responsibilities
- Provide business and economic decision support for key product areas.
- Quantify expected ROI, unit economics, and tradeoffs for product decisions.
- Create decision-ready recommendations and clear analytical frameworks.
- Evaluate incentive and growth spend using financial metrics.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Finance on pricing changes & monetization strategy.
- Build repeatable frameworks for scalable decision-making.
Qualifications
- Operator mindset with focus on tradeoffs and sequencing.
- Autonomous, structured decision-making in ambiguous situations.
- Cross-functional credibility with Product, Data, and Finance teams.
- Strong written communication through high-signal memos.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills with 4+ years of experience.
- Consulting and startup experience; crypto or fintech background is a plus.
