A Peek Into Your Casual Retail Sales Assistant Day

• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering memorable and meaningful interactions.
• Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets through gained knowledge.
• Complete memorable sales transactions, striving to reach set store sales goals.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation, ensuring new stock is promptly and accurately displayed and replenished.
• Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services.
• Contribute to a fun, supportive culture in-store where the team loves coming to work each and every day.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team.

Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?

• A passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team.
• Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs.
• Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays.
