Job Description
About the Role - E-Commerce Growth Manager
In this role, you will directly contribute to achieving revenue targets for Petromax and Feuerhand Shopify Plus shops through D2C growth, e-commerce and conversion optimization, and launch management.
Your Responsibilities
- D2C Growth: Achieve sales targets for Shopify Plus shops.
- E-Commerce & Conversion Optimization: Analyze KPIs and implement optimization actions.
- Launch Management: Plan and execute product launches, sales actions, and exclusive landing pages.
- Tech-Stack & Product Data: Manage product data, feeds, and Shopify apps.
- Retention & Loyalty: Optimize CRM journeys using Klaviyo in collaboration with an agency.
- Interface Role: Bridge brand marketing and performance agency for optimized Ad-Traffic.
- Tracking: Ensure accurate tracking and measurement of MER, ROAS, and Customer Lifetime Value.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience with Shopify Plus in an international environment.
- Proficient with tools such as Channable, Plytix, KLAR, and Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4 and Shopify Analytics.
- Understanding of omnichannel strategies and D2C commerce.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Passion for user experience and a vision for modernizing a heritage brand.
