About the Role

As a Freelance Customer Support Representative at Perspective, you will be part of a team supporting over 7,000 customers in their growth journey. With a blend of empathy and technical understanding, you will engage with customers in a solution-oriented manner, helping them overcome challenges in building their company. Your proactive approach will continuously increase customer benefits and accelerate their growth. This is an English-speaking role, requiring you to be based within US timezones.

Working hours for this role are 9am – 6pm CST / 7am – 4pm PST, 40 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Triage, answer, and solve incoming customer requests.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate problems and issues with internal stakeholders to determine their root cause.
  • Become an expert in edge use cases, technical details of new features, and integrations with third-party providers.
  • Continuously enhance and improve customer support quality and structures.
  • Take responsibility for your own projects, ensuring completion within a quarter to improve support service.
  • Host and participate in calls with our customers.

Who You Are

  • Native level English proficiency; German is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support roles in software companies.
  • A strong drive to learn, grow, and solve customer problems with a high satisfaction rate.
  • A strong passion for online marketing and value high-quality design.
  • Technical knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, email tools) and social media.
  • Not a requirement, but an advantage if you have a technical background or experience in tech support.
