This role is office-based (Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home) in Amsterdam.

As a Business Development Representative, SaaS for the Benelux region, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and guide them on their journey to becoming users of our HR software. Your contribution plays a crucial role in helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) unlock their full HR potential.
What We're Looking For
- +6 months experience in outbound sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Required languages: Dutch & English.
- Competitive, resilient, and driven – you thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills – able to handle objections and steer conversations effectively.
- Experience with workforce management, HR-tech, or cloud solutions is a plus.
- Ambition to build a successful career in sales.
