Overview
Personify Health is on a mission to simplify and personalize health experiences. This role is for a full-time Utilization Review Intake Specialist who performs clerical and administrative duties in the utilization management division. The position offers flexibility and reduced hours while demanding weekend availability.
Responsibilities
What You'll Actually Do:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Provide accurate pre-certification information and gather required data via multiple channels.
- Review and manage service requests efficiently, engaging relevant departments.
- Perform data entry and maintain documentation including logs, files, and monthly reports.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time requirements.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Associate degree preferred in business, management, or related field.
- Experience in customer service, medical background, insurance/claims processing, or medical front office work.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and accurate data entry (40wpm).
- Ability to work independently with excellent judgment and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
The role requires being stationary for 50% of the time, occasional movement to access office equipment, and handling boxes or equipment up to 25 pounds. Good communication and detailed observation skills are essential.

Compensation
The base compensation ranges from $15 to $19 per hour, and may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This is a full-time position eligible for a variety of benefits.
