Ready To What You'll Actually Do

The Sr. HRBP is a critical, “roll-up-your-sleeves” member of our People team, dedicated to supporting the growth and success of our business and our people. This role partners closely with multiple business functions, serving as a strategic and hands-on advisor to leaders as they scale teams, capabilities, and culture.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented business partner with a broad generalist background in talent development, culture, change leadership, business performance, succession planning, and talent review—someone who thinks like a businessperson and acts like an owner. At Personify Health, the HRBP is a trusted right-hand partner to the Executive Leadership Team.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the role requires a highly energetic, growth-minded HR professional who enjoys engaging with people, brings a strong point of view, and is passionate about building high-performing teams and changing healthcare.

Key Responsibilities of the Sr. HRBP:

  • Creating business alignment: Align HR strategies with business goals through workforce planning, skill assessments, and organizational design, particularly within Engineering and other supported functions. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to translate workforce plans into effective hiring strategies, ensuring the right talent is hired at the right time. Leverage people data, engagement insights, and organizational health metrics to diagnose trends, influence leadership decisions, and measure the impact of HR strategies on business outcomes. Develop and monitor key people metrics (e.g., attrition, performance, engagement, capacity planning) to support operational and financial objectives.
  • Strengthening Leadership Capabilities: Elevate leadership effectiveness through executive coaching, leadership development programs, and data-driven talent insights. Advise leaders on performance management, team effectiveness, and organizational health.
  • Optimizing The Employee Experience: Improve programs, processes, and systems that impact productivity, performance, engagement, and employee perceptions across the organization. Partner cross-functionally to ensure a consistent, inclusive, and scalable employee experience.
  • Steering talent management processes, programs, and systems: Advance talent management practices including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and engagement strategies using continuous improvement methodologies. Lead and support complex employee relations matters, including performance issues, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes. Partner with Legal and Compliance to proactively identify and mitigate organizational risk.
  • Driving and advocating for a positive and constructive organizational culture: Champion corporate values and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance. Support meaningful work and effectively lead teams through organizational and cultural change initiatives.
  • Owning end-to-end HR partnership: Serve as the primary People partner for assigned client groups, owning the full employee lifecycle from organizational design and hiring through development, performance, and succession planning. Operate with a high degree of autonomy, balancing strategic advisory with hands-on execution.

What You Bring to Our Team

  • 7+ years of experience serving as a consultative, strategic HR partner to Executive Leadership Teams within organizations of 2,000+ global employees.
  • Strong capabilities in functional HR knowledge, communication, problem solving, resilience, self-motivation, and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and leading through change in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organization with shifting priorities.
  • Proactive leader with an agile mindset and a passion for transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR strategies and programs, including leadership coaching, employee engagement, DEI&B, organizational design, compensation, workforce planning, policies and compliance, talent development, and change management.

The Highlights: Benefits and Compensation
