Responsibilities

As the Commercial Enablement Manager, you will empower Sales and Strategic Account teams by:

  • Designing and delivering training materials that boost commercial team performance.
  • Coordinating cross-departmental communication with Marketing, Product Development, and subject matter experts.
  • Managing projects with internal teams and external vendors within scope and budget.
  • Conducting training needs assessments and integrating feedback for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Develop deep expertise in Personify Health products, services, and processes. Create comprehensive training assets such as presentations, online modules, and assessment tools. Facilitate updates and communications on new products and process changes, while ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

The Professional Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; 5+ years’ experience in client or project management or product training; expertise in curriculum design and training delivery; proven multi-project management capabilities.

The Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft PowerPoint; strong experience with Seismic (preferred) and Gainsight (preferred); knowledge in Health, Wellbeing & Navigation market is a plus.

The Enablement Competencies: Excellent organization, prioritization, presentation, and communication skills; ability to assess the impact of new features/processes and a creative, entrepreneurial approach.
