Your Responsibilities as Teammitglied Operations – Einkauf, Logistik & Kundensupport
Working within a young, dynamic team, you will be responsible for operational support in procurement and customer support. Key tasks include:
- Procurement of services and articles
- Inventory management
- Handling customer inquiries and order processes
- Managing incoming and outgoing goods
- Maintaining customer and supplier data in the ERP system
- Collecting and processing customer/supplier feedback
- Generating supplier and customer evaluations
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in procurement and customer support, strong analytical and planning skills, experience with ERP systems, and fluency in German and English. Proficiency with MS Office, an interest in mobile technologies, MedTech, and healthcare, along with a self-reliant, results-oriented mindset and strong teamwork abilities are essential.
