About the Role: Virtual Assistant
As a Virtual Assistant at Persona, you will assist our client companies by handling emails, business communications, scheduling meetings, and performing online research. You will collaborate with various teams, manage administrative tasks, and support creative projects.
Responsibilities
- Draft emails and handle business communications
- Conduct video conferences and client interfacing
- Schedule and plan meetings and events
- Perform online research using spreadsheets
- Generate reports and perform analysis
- Assist with creative writing and media tasks
- Manage various administrative tasks and projects
Requirements
Applicants must be fully fluent in English, skilled in using apps and technology, and able to work U.S. business hours. No prior experience is required; however, any work or academic success is considered valuable. This role is ideal for serious, career-oriented individuals with a track record of problem solving.
