Role Overview: Virtual Assistant
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be a general problem solver supporting our clients by handling communications, scheduling, research, and other administrative tasks. You will work closely with diverse teams of fast-growing companies.
Responsibilities
- Draft emails and handle business communications
- Take video conferences
- Interface with clients and customers
- Schedule and plan meetings and events
- Conduct online research and data collection
- Reporting, analysis, and creative writing projects
- Other administrative tasks and projects
Requirements
- Fully fluent in English
- Skilled in the use of apps and technology
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (PT, CT, or ET)
- No work experience required though any is valued
