Job Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at Persona, you will design and iterate user interfaces for web and mobile applications while ensuring optimal user experiences. You will collaborate with product management and engineering teams to implement innovative solutions across projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and iterate user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product, management, and engineering teams.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and integrate feedback.
  • Create and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications.
  • Utilize design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
  • Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and techniques.
  • Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
  • Proficiency with Figma and other UI/UX design tools.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered and interactive design principles.
  • Experience with wireframing, user research, and usability testing.
  • Fluency in English and ability to work US business hours.
