UI/UX Designer Role

As a UI/UX Designer at Persona, you will work closely with some of the future giants like Google, Facebook, and Amazon by designing comprehensive interfaces for web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide innovative design solutions.

  • Create and iterate intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and engineering.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
  • Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications.
  • Utilize tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.

Requirements & Qualities

A minimum of three years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio. You must be proficient in Figma and other industry tools. The candidate should be fluent in English and capable of working U.S. business hours.

  • Strong command of design tools and principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
