Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer success via technical support, problem-solving and platform enablement.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
- Develop technical documentation, tutorials, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in customer environments.
- Manage customer communication regarding issue resolution, product enhancements, and roadmap developments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Databases.
