Marketing Specialist at Persona
Persona is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives across email, content, SEO, reporting, workflows, and cross-functional projects. This role involves keeping campaigns and projects organized, contributing to daily marketing execution, and supporting efficient team operations. If you are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong writing skills with a willingness to learn, this opportunity is a great fit. Responsibilities
- Support the planning, building, testing, and execution of email campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Track email campaign performance and maintain reporting on key metrics.
- Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Assist with creating candidate-focused and other marketing content.
- Research, draft, edit, format, and optimize blog content for SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and content research.
- Support on-page SEO implementation for blog and website content.
- Assist with marketing automations, workflows, and implementation projects.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, documentation, and project plans.
- Provide support for social media content and coordination.
- Support cross-functional projects and coordinate with team members.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting, research, content updates, and special projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, content, campaign coordination, or a related role.
- Experience supporting email marketing campaigns, ideally in Klaviyo or a similar platform.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page SEO best practices.
- Experience conducting keyword research, competitor research, and content research.
- Comfort working with campaign and content performance data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong quality control.
- Comfort using AI tools for research and drafting, with good judgment and editing skills.
- Experience using Google Workspace and learning new marketing platforms quickly.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- A proactive, resourceful approach and interest in growing ownership over time.

- Experience with Klaviyo.
- Experience with WordPress or another CMS.
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Experience supporting marketing automations or workflow implementation.
- Experience assisting with campaign reporting and performance recommendations.
- Comfort with integrations, webhooks, APIs, and automation.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic creative asset coordination.
- Experience working across cross-functional projects.
